I built the team I couldn't afford to hire.

DealRoute started as the system I use to run my own wholesaling business around a full-time job. It is not a demo. It is how I compete.

I did not get into wholesaling to get rich quick. I got into it the way most people do who have something to prove and not enough room to prove it: a full-time career, a family that comes first, and a real belief that I could build something of my own, if I could just find the hours.

The hours never showed up. A seller would call back at 2 PM and I would be in a meeting I could not leave. By the time I got out, they had already talked to the investor who picked up. I lost deals I should have had, not because I was worse at this, but because I was not there. And every one of them felt like a piece of the future I was building, slipping away while I sat at someone else's desk.

The tools were supposed to help. They did not. A data platform for lists, a separate dialer, a CRM that talked to neither, skip tracing billed by the lookup. Four logins, four bills, and still hours of manual work every week that I did not have to give.

I am an engineer, and I was not willing to let "not enough hours" decide whether I made it.

I have spent twenty years building systems that take the grind off people's plates. So instead of hiring a team I could not afford, or burning the nights I owed my family, I built the team in software. It answers the seller, qualifies them, runs the numbers, and never stops following up, all the work that used to need me in two places at once. It does the 95% so I can show up for the 5% that actually needs me.

And the part I am proudest of, the part no competitor can copy: it runs on my own deals.

Distressed and pre-foreclosure acquisitions, right here in the Twin Cities. Every piece of it exists because I needed it to work on a real lead, on a real Tuesday, while I was at my job. I am not selling you a demo. I am handing you the exact system I use to compete.

If you have more ambition than hours, if you have watched a deal die in your voicemail while you were at work, if you want to build your way out without blowing up the life you already have, then you already know why I built this. You are who I built it for. You are who I was.

Businesses have always scaled by adding people. This one scales through technology.

So one focused operator can do the volume of a team. Built for the 95% of the work that does not need a human, so you can spend your few hours on the 5% that does, work your leads while you work your job, and build your way out.
